2006 Uniform Civil Filing Fees |
Fees for the Family Services Mediator or Investigator are due and payable prior tot he scheduled session. Fees are payable to "Madera County Superior Court" by check or money order only. Cash will NOT be accepted. Important: Any missed appointments or cancelled appointments within 12 hours of the session will be charged $150.00. All parties who fail to pay will be referred to the Revenue Division of Madera County, which can be reached at (559) 675-7619.

* Total cost ($150.00) may be charged to a parent who failed to cooperate in the first scheduled session, thus causing the "re-referral".
